Must authors use the template with their initial submission, or only after their manuscript has been accepted?

Authors may submit their manuscripts in any Microsoft Word format for the review process. If a submission is accepted for publication, authors will be required to format their manuscript using the template available for download on the journal’s website. Authors are also welcome to use the template when preparing their initial draft.
When using the template, authors should complete all required sections, including the statement regarding the use or non-use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in the preparation of the manuscript.
